National Under 13 Girls Chess Championship @ Mumbai.
Girls of Rajasthan are awakening up to storm National chess events. Sonakshi Rathore of Jaipur Once again figured in main Prize List. She has secured 7.5 point in 11 round & stood among Top Ten. Mangyani sisters of Kota also shown that they are the upcoming little Chess prodigy. Elder Karishama secured 4.5 points where as younger Vineeta secured points 5 Points.

Rajasthan Players have exhibited that they are upcoming chess force. GM Abhijeet won nine rounds out of 10 and become the champion. Other Rajasthan players also exhibited some exceptional skill of chess. Ex National B Champion Kantilal Dave of Jodhpur made 6 points. 7 times undefeated State Champion S S Dave of Jodhpur made 5.5 points. Tarun Mathur of jaipur made 5 points. Ex State Champion Mukesh Mandloi of Kota made 4 points.
